MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products recalled due to choking hazard risk

maxiGlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK Consumer Healthcare) is recalling all botltles of its MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml ready-to-drink products. This is because the product may contain creatine particles due to re-crystallisation. This means the product is a possible choking hazard and may cause injury to the mouth.

The product being recalled is:

Product: MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk
Batch code: all batch codes
Pack size: 330ml
‘Best before’ end: all date codes

GSK Consumer Healthcare has taken the precautionary measure of recalling all MaxiNutrition Cyclone Milk 330ml products.

If you have bought the above product, do not drink it. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought from for a refund.
