Next wants to make customers aware of a safety issue relating to the adhesion of the glass on a small number of the above mirrors, which could result in the glass falling from the backing. We would therefore ask you to check the item number on the reverse of your mirror, which is located on the small barcode label. It is the reference number below the centre of the barcode, highlighted in the image above.

If the label on your mirror matches any of the above item numbers and you purchased it before May 2009, please do not re-hang the mirror and call us on 0333 777 8128 to arrange a collection from your home address for a full refund – we’re not able to accept returns made directly to store. If you have given the item as a gift, please ask the recipient to contact Next.

If there is no barcode sticker on your mirror, or if you are in any doubt your mirror is affected, we would ask you to contact us on the above number.

We’re very sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this may cause, but we hope you’ll understand that customer safety is a high priority for us.
