Biona recalls its canned Organic Sweetcorn

Biona is recalling its canned Organic Sweetcorn because of a manufacturing problem (overfilling), which has led to a processing issue.

Some of the cans in the batches listed below may have received insufficient sterilisation. As a result the microbiological safety of these batches may have been compromised and there is the possibility of foodborne illness, if the affected product is consumed. The affected cans would also have developed an unpleasant taste and smell. A recall from customers is being carried out as a precautionary measure.
