This recall applies to All mixes and flavours with 3m g/ml, 6 mg/ml, 12 mg/ml, 18 mg/ml nicotine strengths. The product does not comply with the Tobacco Products Directive 2014/40/EU. The product does not contain the leaflet with recommendations for correct and safe use of the product required for harmful mixtures. The user therefore has no information to avoid the dangers incurred when the product comes into contact with the skin or if it is ingested.

Schweppes have recalled their ‘1783’ 600ml tonic waters in glass bottles as the lids are not secure

The incorrect application of some closures could cause a small number of them to pop off the bottle unexpectedly. The quality of the drink itself is not affected.

This is a problem limited to some of the 600 ml glass bottles of the 1783 range, which includes Crisp Tonic, Light Tonic, Cucumber, Floral and Salty Lemon flavours. This affects product with a best-before-end (bbe) date up to and including 31 March 2019. The bbe date can be found on the shoulder of the bottle.
